One of my favorite childhood holiday memories was finding mom and dad playing with my new telescope late one Christmas Eve.  Imagine their surprise and mine!  Years later when my dad retired, I bought him his own telescope to enjoy.  They lived out in the country by then and we laughed at the newfound uses he discovered for it along with star gazing!  What are your favorite holiday memories?  Today is a good day to share those and create new ones!  Have a happy and peaceful day!
